Regular Service Calls
- Calls made Monday to Friday from 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Service response time varies depending on workload. On average, service will be provided within 24 hours.
Overtime Service Calls
- Calls made Monday to Friday before 8 AM and after 4:30 PM
Emergency Service Calls
- Calls made any day at any time
- Within a 2-hour response time
- Emergency hourly rate is in effect for the first 4 hours per service crew. The rates will then return to either Regular or Overtime depending on day/time of week.
Regular Metro Crane / Auger Truck (CAT) Service
- Calls made Monday to Friday from 8 AM – 4:30 PM
- Prorated every 30 minutes
Overtime Metro Crane / Auger Truck (CAT) Service
- Calls made Monday to Friday before 8 AM, after 4:30 PM and on weekends
- Prorated every 30 minutes

- Calls made Monday to Friday before 8 AM, after 4:30 PM and on weekends
- Prorated every 30 minutes
